Dennis McKinnie

Dennis McKinnie directs the Atlanta office of Counsel On Call, works closely with clients on the implementation of project management initiatives, and has more than 20 years of experience practicing law. He also served as a Managing Director of Contrado Partners, LLC, a management consulting firm located in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, and participated in the founding of BridgeQuest, Inc., a software development firm. Prior to the founding of Contrado Partners, Mr. McKinnie was General Counsel of two publicly traded enterprise software companies. He also served as Staff Counsel to the United States Supreme Court.

Candice L. Reed

Candice L. Reed directs the Nashville office of Counsel On Call, as well as focuses on business development and client relations. She is a former commercial litigation attorney with Miller & Martin in Nashville, Tenn., and has extensive experience helping clients manage litigation challenges and uncovering traditional and creative solutions to workload issues. Ms. Reed is also president-elect of the Marion Griffin Chapter of Lawyers' Association for Women (LAW) and is active in numerous legal organizations.

Richard H. Stout

Richard H. Stout is the Director of Counsel On Call's Litigation Support Division. On a daily basis, he manages e-discovery and litigation support assignments across the country, works closely with technology and hosting companies and seeks to continually improve the programs and resources offered to Counsel On Call's clients and candidates. He is a Certified Litigation Support Professional and Certified Attenex Trainer who has managed litigation projects of all shapes and sizes. He is a former commercial litigation associate with Baker, Donelson, Bearman and Caldwell and practiced law for more than 10 years.

Barry Willms

Barry Willms is Senior Attorney + Discovery Process Architect for Counsel On Call's E-Discovery Division. In this role, Mr. Willms designs e-discovery review protocols, manages projects and teams of attorneys, and consults with clients regarding cost containment and efficiency throughout the discovery process, among other responsibilities. 

Barry spent 14 years managing discovery matters for King & Spalding LLP, in Atlanta, and Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in Nashville, respectively. He supervised and directed large teams of attorneys and consulted numerous clients on the tactical use of technology to improve quality control methodologies and results during e-discovery reviews. He has a proven ability to design efficient, repeatable e-discovery processes.
